Get Pre-Approved (1-2 Days)

b. Consult as to what you feel comfortable with as far as a monthly payment and down payment on your new home

a. Have a lot? Great! Move forward.
b. Find a lot – let us know how we can help. We are happy to meet on site anywhere in Utah County. Bryan is also your resource to finding the perfect plot of land.

Finalize Your Lot (Your Timetable)

Finalize Your Plan (1 Week +)

a. Start from scratch or make any changes desired
b. Plans sent to architect for final revisions

a. Engineer specs your plans according to your lot and layout (1-2 weeks)
b. Plan goes to city for review and approval (1-4 weeks)

Engineer Plans and City Submittal (2-6 Weeks)

First Design Appointment (2 Hours)

a. Bring all your ideas or rely on our experts!
b. Choose everything you can, but feel comfortable knowing you have the option to customize to your hearts content.

a. Answer any questions you have remaining about your home.
b. Layout what you can expect from us throughout construction
c. Schedule mandatory walk-through for electrical, finish carpentry, flatwork, and final.

Pre-Construction Meeting (1-2 Hours)

Build 5-6 months

a. Our average build time is about 5-6 months from date of footings to completion!
b. We are on your job site EVERY DAY and committed to making your experience fantastic.
