We made it…our home is now our home (well it’s technically the banks home, but we’re working on it:)) I couldn’t let another day pass without a shout out to the most amazing builder Wade Peterson! His company is Journey’s End Homes and I can’t begin to say how impressed we were and ARE with him! He was true to his word from our first meeting until our last. He went above and beyond in all aspects to make sure we were happy. His motto is “On Time, On Budget” and he came through like a champ, even when we asked him to fast track it in the winter…he MADE it happen and we couldn’t be happier! Wade is out to prove that custom building doesn’t have to be expensive and he was RIGHT!!! He saved us well over $50,000 in comparison to what Edge Homes was going to charge us. This was our first time building a home and Wade walked us through each step of the process as it was needed. We weren’t overwhelmed, frustrated, or disappointed with any step of the journey. He let us be as hands on as we wanted and passed along huge savings to us throughout the process of picking each stage of the house. We had instant equity as soon as the home was finished and couldn’t be happier with the final product. If we ever move we’re going to fly Wade out to St. George, Dallas, Hawaii, China, etc. to build our new home.
